Naeko sofa (daily bed) by Kazuhide Takahama, first model manufactured by Gavina, recently covered in linen velvet. Two pieces available. Supporting structure in metal, polyurethane foam padding, slightly elastic wooden slats, transparent fiberglass feet ends. Fully reclining backrest to transform the sofa into a daily bed.

The project for Naeko was developed when Kazuhide Takahama was in Italy to set up the Japanese pavilion at XI Triennale in Milan, 1956/57. On that occasion he met Dino Gavina, with whom he began a lifelong collaboration and friendship. Architect Takahama dedicated this project to Naeko, who later became his wife.
