Ics table designed by Enzo Mari in his “Proposal for a self-design”, a project for the creation of furniture with simple assemblies of rough wood boards and nails, part of the Metamobile operation, realized by Simon International in 1974.

The Metamobile operation was an authentic revolution: the technical drawings were given on request and the construction and assembly were so simple as to allow everyone to build the pieces with extreme ease.
